On Saturday, 28 February 2015, during the closing ceremony of the 11th edition of the International Documentary Film Festival Zagreb Dox, documentary film “Russian” was awarded with. Special Mention Award in the Regional competition.
Jury members stated in their decision:
“The original storytelling of individual, tragic, human destiny in a way reveals how the director grasped much wider and deeper into this region, playing with fiction, psychodrama and the unknown side of a famous director through the story of his son.”
